CORNELL UNIVERSITY NOTICE TO BIDDERS _ Sealed bids for SUCF Project No. 161056_- REPLACE RO-DI WATER SYSTEM - COMSTOCK HALL will be received by Cornell University at 121 Humphreys Service Building, 639 Dryden Road, Ithaca, New York 14853, until 2:00PM on May 28, 2026, then opened publicly in Room 102C Humphreys Service Building and via Zoom at: https://cornell.zoom.us/j/94320071197?pwd=UYRTH2l4jHpSqPKCiQmXp3PvpXR7HU.1&from=addon Bids must be accompanied by a bid security (bid bond or certified check) in the amount of 10% of total bid. Scope of Work: Replace the Reverse-Osmosis/Deionized (“RO/DI”) water system equipment skid located in Comstock Hall Mechanical Room #B060. The work includes piping modifications, new valves, and flow meters to be installed at each floor throughout the building. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 7, 2026, at 1:00PM in Room 133 of the Humphreys Service Building, in Ithaca, New York, or via Zoom at: https://cornell.zoom.us/j/93270582248?pwd=gHoOn2McIMKgyCmVSkVb6E2q9awge5.1&from=addon Bidders may preview and purchase plans and specifications from a secure website for non-refundable fee of $49.00 per set. Fees are waived for certified Minority and Women Owned and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. Certification status will be verified in the New York State Contract System.
