The City University of New York (CUNY) on behalf of Lehman College is seeking a texting platform to send texts to prospective and current students. The platform must be user-friendly, allowing users to set up large-scale texting campaigns and track analytics. It must also integrate with admissions software (Hobsons / Slate CRM) and have a minimum capacity of 50,000 texts per month. The contract term will be one year, commencing on the date the purchase order is issued, with four additional one-year extensions. • The platform must have unlimited data storage and the ability to create custom fields and load data. • It must be able to personalize text messages, including merging custom fields. • The vendor must have been in business for five years and have satisfactorily performed work of similar scope and nature. • The vendor must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference. • The implementation must be completed within 30 days after receiving written notice to commence work.
