The project involves replacing the exterior domestic water service to the Central Classroom Building at Auraria Campus. The work includes installing new water distribution piping, fittings, and specialties within the building and up to 5 feet outside the building. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the work is done in accordance with the relevant codes, standards, and regulations, including the 2021 International Plumbing Code and the ASME B31.9 standard. The contractor will also be required to provide a one-year warranty for all equipment, materials, and workmanship.
