The City of Dearborn is seeking a contractor to fabricate and install new wayfinding and site signage at Camp Dearborn. The new signage package is essential to support increased visitor traffic, promote safety, and present a cohesive and professional appearance throughout the campgrounds. The contractor will be responsible for the fabrication, delivery, and installation of a complete set of exterior wayfinding and site signage at Camp Dearborn, based on final designs provided by the City. The contractor must provide all necessary materials, hardware, labor, equipment, and transportation to complete the project. • The contractor must have a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in the fabrication and installation of exterior signage, including wayfinding and site signage for outdoor recreational, municipal, or commercial environments. • The contractor must be licensed and insured to operate in the State of Michigan and must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. • The contractor must provide references from at least two comparable projects completed within the last five years. • The contractor must obtain and pay for all necessary permits associated with installation. • The contractor must ensure all signage is securely mounted, weather-resistant, and ADA-compliant.
