Budget Estimate (AI):

$100,000 – $500,000

The budget for this opportunity is not explicitly stated. However, based on the scope of the project, which involves providing smartphone-enabled bicycle locks for the University of Washington's campus, the budget could be estimated to be in the range of $100,000 to $500,000. This estimate is based on the assumption that the university will require a significant number of locks to be installed across the campus, and the cost of each lock could range from $100 to $500.
