The Borough of Point Pleasant Beach is seeking bids for the Inlet Park Access & Parking Lot Improvement Project. The project involves improving the access and parking lot of Inlet Park in Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. Bidders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 et seq., and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Public Works Contractor Registration Act and must be registered in accordance with the act. • The contractor must also comply with N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 and submit proof of business registration and proof of business registration for any named subcontractors in accordance with the act.
