The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, is seeking a contractor to provide septic tank pumping services for the Point Marion Lock and Dam project. The project is located in Dilliner, Greene County, PA, and the contractor will be responsible for pumping out the 2,000 gallon septic holding tank, removing and disposing of all effluent and debris, and performing all necessary labor and incidentals. The contract will be a firm fixed-price contract with a five year ordering period, comprised of a base year and four option periods. • The contractor must furnish all materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for the work. • The contractor must perform the work in accordance with all state and federal rules, regulations, laws, and specifications of the contract. • The contractor must dispose of all effluent and debris at a licensed disposal facility. • The procurement is set aside 100% for small business.
