The NYC Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide 24/7 nursing and support services for children and youth entering ACS’s care. The contracted nursing team would provide complete physical assessments, direct primary care, and conduct medical case management. The contractor must have at least three years of experience providing medical staff on a 24-hour/7-day basis. • The contract term is expected to be from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2029, with options to renew for two additional three-year terms. • The total anticipated maximum funding amount is $22,541,844, with an annual funding amount of $7,513,948. • The contractor will be reimbursed using a line-item payment structure, with payments made for expenses incurred against an approved budget. • The contractor must provide a basic benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision, retirement and pensions, vacation, and sick leave. • The contractor must also provide special or additional benefits, such as transportation cost reimbursement, childcare, deferred compensation plans, bonuses, participation in tax-deferred spending accounts, education and/or tuition reimbursement, and bereavement leave.
