Description:
The California Military Department is seeking a contractor to provide annual fire system service at the San Diego Air National Guard. The contractor will be responsible for providing 24-hour monitoring and annual testing and inspections of the fire alarm systems. The contractor must possess a C-16 - Fire Protection Contractor license and a C-10 Electrical Contractor License. The contract will be for a period of 1095 calendar days. • The contractor must attend a mandatory pre-bid job walk on 3/9/2026. • The contractor must submit all questions regarding the IFB by 3/16/2026. • The contractor must provide a bid bond in the amount of at least 10% of the bid amount if the proposed bid amount exceeds $24,999.99. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and a payment bond in the full amount of the agreement.
