The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide preventative and corrective maintenance services for the Parata TCGRX system at the VA Connecticut Healthcare System. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, travel, materials, support, and service necessary to maintain the system, including emergency service, repairs, and technical support. The contract will include a base year and four option years, with a total duration of 5 years. The contractor must provide OEM certified field service engineers and ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. Key responsibilities include performing scheduled maintenance, providing 24/7 telephone support, and ensuring that the system is operable and available for use 98% of the time.
