The Town of Addison is seeking to establish an on-call list of highly qualified and experienced professional service firms to provide support for various Town projects. The projects may include architectural, comprehensive planning, geotechnical and materials testing, landscape architecture, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, environmental services, plan development and reviews, real estate appraising, stormwater engineering, traffic engineering, and utility engineering. The selected firms will be utilized on an as-needed basis by various Town departments. The scope of work includes providing professional services for a variety of projects, including capital improvement programs, bond programs, and other Town initiatives.
