• Location: 23130 McAuliffe Drive, Robertsdale, AL 36567 • Building Size: Approximately 7,583 square feet • Service Frequency: One day per week (Wednesdays) during normal working hours (8 AM - 4:30 PM) • Contract Duration: From award date until January 19, 2028 • Key Scope Elements: - Floor maintenance (stripping/waxing) 3x per year - Weekly cleaning of all offices, hallways, bathrooms, break rooms - Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash removal - Bathroom disinfection and supply restocking - Kitchen/break room cleaning including appliances - Monthly interior window cleaning • Requirements: - Must comply with Alabama Immigration Law - Must provide insurance certificates and dishonesty bonding - Must provide own cleaning supplies (except bathroom paper products/soap) - DBE documentation required if applicable • Contract can be extended for additional 12 months after initial term • 30-day termination clause if services are unsatisfactory
