The USAID El Salvador and Central America Regional Mission (ES-CAM) Annual Program Statement (APS) aims to partner with stakeholders to achieve the USAID/El Salvador’s Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS) 2020-2025 goal of reducing the drivers of irregular migration. The APS will focus on bilateral or regional solutions to development challenges and will allow for addenda to be issued directly by countries in the Central America region. The APS covers multiple categories, including justice, governance, education, and employment. Key aspects of the opportunity include: • The APS is open to unrestricted entities, subject to clarification in the text field entitled "Additional Information on Eligibility" • The APS encourages the New Partnership Initiative (NPI) and localization, with a goal of empowering new and underutilized partners • The APS will consider applications under forthcoming addenda that address the CDCS objectives • The APS seeks to mobilize resources from other actors on a partner to USAID ratio of 1:2 or greater basis
