The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) is seeking to continue its partnership with Tyler Technologies, Inc. for the maintenance and support of the Medical Marijuana Registry System (MMRS). The system is a custom-built, hosted, and maintained solution that meets the legislative requirements associated with the program implementation. The MMRS staff has trained extensively on the system, and it has been customized to integrate with three other state agencies. The vendor will provide continued system modifications, maintenance, and support, and training of the entellitrak solution and the existing interfaces. The contract term is 5 years, starting from July 1, 2026, and ending on June 30, 2031. The estimated dollar amount for the life of the project is $670,879.96.
