Texas Tech University is seeking a qualified Proposer to provide and install a solar photovoltaic (PV) system. The system must be a ground-mounted 200 kW system to be installed at The Global Laboratory for Energy Management and Manufacturing (GLEAMM) in the decommissioned Reese Air Force Base. The system should be able to withstand severe winds and hail, and parts and licensed technicians should be readily available for timely service. • The Proposer must complete all phases of the purchase and installation of the system, including design and engineering, equipment and materials, site review, inspections, installation, commissioning, training, clean-up, and documentation. • The Proposer must provide a 30-year linear power warranty, 12-year workmanship and labor warranty, and a 25-year materials and equipment warranty. • The system must include a fused DC disconnect and a fused AC disconnect for safety and maintenance concerns. • The Proposer must provide a system maintenance plan, priced separately. • The Proposer must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and TTU policies.
