The Ocean County Board of Commissioners is seeking architectural design services for various projects in Ocean County. The successful firm or individual will provide full-service architectural design, mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering, electrical engineering and lighting, structural engineering, and other specialty services. The scope of work includes designing to LEED standards, building energy modeling, development of specifications, project cost estimating, phasing analysis, and more. The proposer must submit a statement concerning their ability to perform tasks assigned by the County in a timely fashion, a description of the support staff available, and a copy of a certificate of insurance.
