Description:
The City of Phoenix is seeking sealed offers for an Enterprise Asset Management, software and implementation for a five-year period commencing on or about May 1, 2026. The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive solution that meets the City's requirements for asset management and field service management. The scope of work includes the implementation of the proposed product, data conversion, reporting, and interfaces. The City is looking for a certified solution implementor with a proven record of accomplishment delivering similar implementations. The offeror must have adequate US-based resources available to accomplish large-scale, complex projects in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Key features of the project include: • Implementation of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Field Service Management (FSM) software • Data conversion and reporting • Interfaces with existing systems, including ESRI/GIS and SAP • Provision of training and support • Compliance with City's insurance requirements and procurement code The evaluation process will consider factors such as technical capability, pricing, and responsiveness to the solicitation. The City reserves the right to reject any or all offers, and the award of the contract will be made to the most responsive and responsible offeror.
