The County of San Mateo is seeking a vendor to provide timekeeping support services for its Infor Workforce Management software. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing technical support, system enhancements, and maintenance services for the software. The vendor will also be required to provide 24/7 support for technical issues and have knowledge of Infor with a setup/configuration using WebSphere, Cognos, and an Oracle backend. The contract will have a term of three years with two options to extend for an additional year. • The vendor will be responsible for providing support services during normal business hours and 24 hours/day, 7 days a week. • The vendor will be required to have knowledge of Infor with a setup/configuration using WebSphere, Cognos, and an Oracle backend. • The vendor will be responsible for developing, configuring, and supporting new functionality, including configuration and interfaces. • The vendor will be required to recommend and advise on database or operating system administration tasks required for the Infor WFM software. • The vendor will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that may pertain to the installation, setup, and/or configuration of the Infor WFM product at the server level.
