NYSERDA is seeking a contractor or team of contractors to conduct evaluations of programs, interventions, and activities in the Market Development and Deployment (MD&D) and Innovation and Research (I&R) categories. The contractor will be required to conduct direct impact assessment, indirect impact assessment, process evaluation, case studies, and citation analysis. The contractor must have experience in energy efficiency and innovation, and must demonstrate knowledge of evaluating various fuel types, technologies, and assessing market transformation. The contract term is 5 years with two 1-year options to renew at NYSERDA's sole discretion. Key aspects of the job include: • Conducting evaluations of MD&D and I&R programs • Demonstrating experience in energy efficiency and innovation • Having knowledge of evaluating various fuel types and technologies • Assessing market transformation and non-energy impacts • Conducting statistically valid quantification and practical qualitative program representation • Understanding the full lifecycle of innovation and research from concept to commercialization
