The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide maintenance, enhancement, and innovation services for the current UInteract solution. The UInteract system is used to manage all aspects of unemployment, including tax, benefits, and appeals. The contract period is for two years, and the vendor must be registered in MissouriBUYS, powered by MOVERS, to submit a proposal. The vendor must also comply with various business compliance exhibits, including anti-discrimination and federal funding requirements. Some key aspects of the job include: • Maintenance and enhancement of the UInteract system • Provision of innovation services to improve the system • Compliance with state and federal regulations • Data masking for Federal Tax Information (FTI) data and other personally identifiable information (PII) • Data refresh in lower environments at least three times per year • Support for AWS Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) and related network components is not included in the scope of work
