The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to secure a two-year contract with a printer who can print the resource guide according to print specifications, prepare the guide for bulk mailing, and deliver the guide to the post office for mailing to all households in the county. The guide shall be printed on eco-friendly paper certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) with a page count ranging from 24 pages to 40 pages. The printer must provide pre-press proofs, maintain an up-to-date county mailing list, and deliver the publication to the post office for delivery to county households. • The contract is expected to be for 2 years. • The estimated volume is approximately 180,000 – 190,000 publications per mailing. • The printer must have been in business for a minimum of three years of printing and bulk mailing experience of similar size and quality. • The printer must provide three examples of previous products of similar requirements. • The cost proposal should include costs for printing, bulk mailing, and hosting a digital magazine platform (if available).
