The City of Pueblo Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a contractor to replace/upgrade the current pool sand filter at Mitchell Park Pool. The awarded contractor must remove the existing pool sand filter, supply a new pool sand filter system, and provide installation. The new system must meet specific requirements, including being a 63" fiberglass sand filter with 4" connections and including all necessary media, influent and effluent gauges, 1/4 turn valves, and plumbing. The contractor must also maintain and/or repair any damage done to existing properties, public or private, adjacent to site improvements. Key considerations for the contractor include ensuring compliance with all State and Federal Safety regulations, determining the exact location of all utilities before commencing work, and maintaining a professional and reliable work environment.
