The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) is seeking a contractor to provide labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete the PMOC Dispatch Remodel project. The project includes demolition, remodeling of existing spaces, and relocation of doors. The contractor will be responsible for completing the following tasks: • Conducting demolition to prepare the work area for construction • Remodeling the existing Dispatch Kitchen and Operators lounge • Remodeling the existing operator’s restroom, including relocating the entry door • Remodeling the existing Men’s and Women’s restrooms in the basement hallway • Relocating the existing Southeast entry door to the double door frame at the basement hallway The contractor must submit their bid via FedConnect, as email proposals will not be accepted.
