Description:
The California Department of Food and Agriculture is seeking a contractor to provide large rental equipment, vehicles, haulers, and water trucks in support of crews responding to emergency outbreaks of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) within California. The contractor will be required to deliver and provide equipment, vehicles, haulers, and water trucks to on-site locations within 48 hours of the request from CDFA. The contractor must also provide an operator for all equipment, vehicles, haulers, and water trucks being used on-site, as required. Key responsibilities include: * Delivering equipment, vehicles, haulers, and water trucks to on-site locations within 48 hours of request * Providing operators for equipment, vehicles, haulers, and water trucks * Following direction of on-site crews to comply with EPA, Cal EPA, CDPH, and CalOSHA requirements * Submitting itemized invoices for actual services rendered * Complying with DVBE program requirements and other applicable laws and regulations
