Description:
The Oregon Judicial Department is seeking a vendor to conduct a digital accessibility audit of all its public-facing digital content to ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Levels A and AA success criteria and conformance requirements. The scope of work includes audit of design accessibility, document accessibility, mobile accessibility, and web accessibility. The vendor will be required to submit a proposal that includes a proposer overview, proposal, disclosure exemption affidavit, proposer certification sheet, proposer information sheet, reference check form, COBID certification, responsibility inquiry, and key persons resumes. The evaluation criteria will include responsiveness, responsibility, and cost. • The vendor must possess all licenses and certifications necessary to perform the services. • The vendor must have a minimum of 5 years of experience providing services similar in scope to what is identified in this RFP. • The vendor must submit a proposal that includes all required elements. • The vendor must demonstrate how they meet all mandatory qualification requirements. • The vendor must demonstrate if they meet the preferred qualifications.
