The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Corrections, is seeking bids for the procurement of HWS-135 Corrosion Inhibitor for SCI Greene. The contract will be an established price contract, and bidders must submit their bids through the Commonwealth's electronic system. The bid submitted by the successful bidder will be incorporated into the contract, and the bidder will be required to provide the awarded item(s) at the prices quoted in its bid. • The contract is for a one-time delivery of corrosion inhibitor. • The bidder must submit its bid through the Commonwealth's electronic system. • The bid must be firm and may not be modified or withdrawn after the bid opening time, except in certain circumstances. • The Commonwealth reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technical defects or any informality in bids, and to accept or reject any part of any bid. • The contractor must comply with all applicable Pennsylvania state labor laws and worker safety laws. • The contractor must have in place during the term of the contract and any renewals or extensions thereof, the following types of insurance: Worker's Compensation Insurance and Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance.
