The City of Waco is seeking a company to perform custom aerial videography (HD or 4K) temporal documentation of ongoing water quality concerns of sites of interest in the watershed, largely in Erath and Hamilton Counties. The selected company will be required to perform five flyovers by drone, fixed wing, or helicopter, starting with a survey flight and then four quarterly flights. The company must provide high-resolution aerial video and imagery to document hydrological flows and water quality concerns.
