The City of Waco is seeking a company to perform custom aerial videography (HD or 4K) temporal documentation of ongoing water quality concerns of sites of interest in the watershed, largely in Erath and Hamilton Counties. The selected vendor will be required to perform five flyovers by drone, fixed wing, or helicopter, starting with a survey flight and then four quarterly flights. The vendor will need to provide high-resolution aerial video and imagery to document hydrological flows and water quality concerns. The contract will be for one year with four possible renewals. • The vendor must have experience in aerial videography and survey services. • The vendor must be able to provide high-resolution aerial video and imagery. • The vendor must be able to perform five flyovers by drone, fixed wing, or helicopter. • The vendor must be able to provide all necessary equipment and personnel. • The vendor must be able to deliver all data within 21 calendar days of flight via USB drive or secure online file delivery service approved by the City.
