The Federal Bureau of Prisons is soliciting quotes for the acquisition of various food service products for the Federal Prison Camp Montgomery. The solicitation package contains all necessary information for submitting a request for quote. The evaluation factors are past performance and price, with past performance rated higher than price. The government reserves the right to award item by item, or in groups of items, or in aggregate, whichever is most advantageous to the Government. • The solicitation includes the clause FAR 52.212-4 for commercial items. • Bidders should include their Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number in their offers. • The contracting Officer will verify registration in the SAM database prior to award. • The government will award to the responsible bidder(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government. • Goods are to be delivered from April 1st - 15th, 2026, Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., excluding Federal Holidays. • Undelivered items are subject to cancellation. • Failure to deliver within the established time frames will be considered as non-conformance under the terms of the contract.
