The Strategic Weapons Facility, Atlantic (SWFLANT) is seeking a contractor to provide vessel parking services for Security Vessels (SV64s) and related equipment. The contractor will be responsible for providing priority parking for wet and dry lay-up of SV64s, as well as performing haul out services within 72 hours of notification. The contract will have a base period of 12 months, with four optional 12-month periods. The contractor must provide an Off-Site Maintenance Facility (OMF) within a 75-mile radius of the Naval Submarine Base in Kings Bay, Georgia. The contractor will be required to maintain the ability to support wet and dry parking of SV64s, with characteristics including a haul out weight of approximately 105,000 lbs, a beam of 21'-5", and a hull length of 71'-9". The contractor must also provide continuous priority parking for SV64s during contingency situations, such as hurricanes or natural disasters. • The contractor must provide all labor, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items to complete the performance work statement. • The contractor must perform haul out services within 72 hours of notification from the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or the Alternate Contracting Officer Representative (ACOR). • The contractor must maintain an adequate workforce for the uninterrupted performance of all tasks defined within this contract. • The contractor must provide a Program Manager (PM) who shall be responsible for the performance of the work. • The contractor must provide a PM who has 10 or more years of Dock Masters Services experience.
