The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking information from potential vendors for the maintenance of PowerScribe 360 systems at multiple Army bases. The vendor will be required to provide maintenance for the Nuance/Powerscribe voice dictation systems, including support for the system's connections, configurations, hardware, and proprietary databases. The minimum requirements for the vendor include having access to the DISA business-to-business gateways, having an established understanding of Nuance PowerScribe 360 database architecture, and being able to provide hardware and software support beyond the normal service life of the hardware. Some key points to consider: • The Government plans to procure the maintenance as a commercial item through fixed-price award(s). • The only known source is Carahsoft Technology Corporation, as they are the only known PowerScribe 360 authorized distributor. • The vendor must have a relationship to subcontract Nuance, as Nuance has the Authority to Connect (ATO) required to work on the established B2B gateways for PowerScribe 360. • The Government is interested in all businesses, including small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, 8(a)s, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, Hubzone businesses, and women-owned small businesses.
