Description:
The Town of Stratford is seeking proposals from qualified solar developers to provide municipal Virtual Net Metering (VNM) offtake from a solar photovoltaic clean energy system or systems that will offset up to 5,300,000 kWh/year of the Town’s electrical load. The selected developer will participate in the NRES Program, which is administered by UI. The proposal should include a financial and equipment summary, and the Town will review and score the proposals based on various criteria. • The System(s) should be able to offset up to 5,300,000 kWh/year of the Town’s electrical load. • The System(s) should participate in the August/September 2025 bid round of Year 4 of the NRES Program, and if necessary, the February/March 2026 bid round of Year 5 of the NRES Program. • The proposal should include a financial and equipment summary. • The Town will review and score the proposals based on various criteria.
