The Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) on behalf of Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is requesting professional architectural and engineering services for the Aeronautics Building in Lansing, Michigan. The selected firm will provide ad-hoc professional services to design a project for the one-for-one replacement of the existing HVAC rooftop equipment and controls. The scope of work includes structural roof load analysis, compliance with current energy codes and ventilation standards, updated controls and integration with building systems, electrical circuit capacity review, and more. The firm will be required to provide a complete PSC proposal for all required professional architectural and engineering services, including Phase 300, 400, 500, 600, and 700 design services. • The project involves replacing existing HVAC rooftop equipment and controls. • The firm will be required to provide a proposed design schedule and maintain a complete project file. • The firm will be required to provide a bi-weekly progress summary email to the project team. • The firm will be required to identify all testing requirements and associated costs. • The firm will be required to provide a graphic bar chart schedule indicating the proposed timeline for services.
