The United States Space Force is seeking a contractor to provide window cleaning services for Building 423 at Patrick Space Force Base in Florida. The contractor will be responsible for cleaning both the inside and outside glass surfaces of the exterior and interior wall windows, totaling 136 windows. The work must be completed on or before 15 July 2025. The contractor will be required to provide their own equipment, materials, and labor. • The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a point of contact for all contractual matters. • The contractor's personnel must maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance. • The contractor must comply with all security requirements and base safety laws. • The contractor is solely responsible for the cleanup of any spills occurring in the performance of this contract.
