The City of Rockford is seeking a Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) to perform environmental assessments and related work for brownfield sites. The QEP will work with the City's Brownfields Redevelopment Specialist to identify priority sites, conduct Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, and develop cleanup plans.
