Budget Estimate (AI):

$450,000 – $900,000

The budget for this project can be estimated based on the quantity of asphalt rejuvenating agent required. With a total of 152,053 square yards of pavement to be treated, and an average cost of $1.50 to $3.00 per square yard for asphalt rejuvenating agent, the total cost of materials could range from $228,079.50 to $456,159. The contractor's labor and equipment costs, as well as other expenses such as rock dust application and removal, will also need to be factored into the overall cost. Assuming a total project cost of $500,000 to $1,000,000, the budget for the winning contractor could be in the range of $450,000 to $900,000, depending on the contractor's pricing and the County's evaluation of the bids.
