The purpose of this contract is to provide the City of Austin with a drug and alcohol testing program for the Austin Fire Department, Austin Police Department, Forensic Science Department, and Austin Travis County Emergency Medical Services that is in compliance with the Meet and Confer Agreements between the City and EMS Employee Association, Austin Police Association, Austin Travis County Employee Association and Forensic Science Department policies.
