The Colorado Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management is seeking to continue its reliance on ESi Acquisition, Inc. as the sole source provider for its mission-critical emergency management software platform. The software is essential for comprehensive information sharing and efficient resource tracking across the state. The contract will encompass providing comprehensive support and maintenance for the existing system, including managing all current software modules, integrating any future add-ons or customizations, and deploying necessary system updates. The key factor supporting the sole-source justification is that ESi Acquisition, Inc. is the exclusive entity possessing the necessary proprietary expertise and full source code access for the core software components.
