The Minuteman Regional Vocational Technical School District is seeking proposals from qualified proposers to enter into a long-term lease and operating partnership for the development and operation of a Veterinary Science and Wellness Center on the District’s East Campus. The selected proposer will be responsible for participating in the design, renovation, fit-out, and operation of the facility and for providing services that support workforce development in veterinary science and related life sciences fields for Minuteman Students. Key aspects of the project include: • A publicly accessible veterinary clinic • Instructional laboratories and clinical training spaces • Classrooms and meeting areas • Office space for Minuteman Staff • Ancillary support spaces The proposal should demonstrate relevant experience, financial capacity, and a clear operational plan.
