The County is seeking a contractor to replace the aging boiler system at the Pinto Campus IT facility. The work includes removal of an existing 250 MBH Lochinvar boiler and associated equipment, installation of two new 500 MBH near‑condensing boilers with all required pumps, piping, supports, gas service, roof penetrations, and concrete pad extensions, plus full testing, balancing, commissioning, and integration with the existing building‑automation system.
