Description:
The State of West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for the West Virginia Department of Agriculture to establish a one-time purchase for an Inductively Coupled Plasma-Optical Emission Spectrometer. The required specifications include a new simultaneous, solid state detector instrument with spectral wavelength coverage from 167-780nm, a dynamic range that can detect sample concentrations up to or greater than 200ppm, and the ability to transfer data to a LabWorks LIMS. The instrument must also include an autosampler with a minimum 120 position rack, a minimum one-year warranty on all parts and service, and a one-day training session. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the contract items meeting the required specifications for the lowest overall total cost. • The contract items must meet or exceed the mandatory requirements listed in the specifications. • The vendor must provide a new, unused instrument that meets the required specifications. • The vendor must include a one-day training session with the purchase of the instrument. • The contract items must be delivered within sixty working days after receiving a purchase order or notice to proceed. • The vendor must accept payment in accordance with the payment procedures of the State of West Virginia.
