The California State University, San Bernardino is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the Palm Desert Campus. The contractor will be responsible for providing regularly scheduled general janitorial services, as well as targeted janitorial services as needed. The services will include cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing of all areas of the campus, including classrooms, offices, and common areas. The contractor will also be responsible for emptying trash and recyclables, restocking supplies, and performing other tasks as necessary to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the campus. • The contractor must have experience providing janitorial services to large facilities, such as universities or office buildings. • The contractor must be able to provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the required services. • The contractor must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of the campus. • The contractor must be able to provide proof of liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. • The contractor must be able to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental health and safety.
