The Ohio Attorney General’s Office is seeking a vendor to provide on-demand third-party Oracle support and maintenance services to versions of the database software that are no longer supported by Oracle. The selected vendor will provide support services, including issue resolution, installation support, interoperability support, and performance tuning support. The vendor will also provide a named primary support engineer and a tier 1 helpdesk process. • The contract term is for one year, with the option to renew for up to seven additional one-year terms. • The vendor must provide support services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for critical issues. • The vendor must provide an adequate number of resources with the required skillsets necessary to support the requested work. • The AGO will assign a main point of contact with the authority to authorize and prioritize requested support services.
