The State of Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT) is seeking a quote for Fiber-Based Point to Point Metro-Ethernet Transport Service to provide wide area network (WAN) connectivity between an agency location and an Illinois Century Network (ICN) Point of Presence (POP) site. The service must be provided between the A end location at 2471 W Main, Carbondale, IL 62901, and the Z end location at an ICN POP site. The vendor is responsible for delivering the service inside the building to the DoIT designated telecom room at both the A and Z end locations. The service must terminate on a vendor-provided switch. The award will be based on the total cost of ownership, which includes the monthly recurring charge, service term, and non-recurring installation per site location. • The quote must include pricing for the monthly recurring charge and non-recurring installation. • The quote must be all-inclusive and final, with no additional taxes, fees, surcharges, or pass-through charges. • The vendor must complete each optional line item for the cost of additional bandwidth tiers. • The vendor must provide a switch for the service to terminate on. • The vendor is responsible for delivering the service inside the building to the DoIT designated telecom room at both the A and Z end locations.
