The FDA is seeking a contractor to provide Quantum ActiveScale storage system and staff for on-site support and replacement efforts. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the expansion hardware and interconnects, bringing the new hardware online, and diagnosing, shipping, and replacing failed components. The goal of this purchase is to maximize the storage capacity of the primary backup SDS storage system to ensure it can back up the production system in full, minimize disruptions to service, and expedite recovery and return to service in the event of an unplanned outage or failure. Key requirements include: • Providing an additional 1.1 petabytes of storage capacity • Including support and maintenance of the systems and the associated capacity license to match the physical expansion • Ensuring onsite technicians can service secure Federal Facilities • Ensuring patches are applied as identified and available from the vendor’s site
