The State of Colorado is seeking proposals for Training, Assessments & Development Programs from qualified and experienced firms to provide Trainers, Facilitators, Organizational Development Consultants, Coaches, Training Materials, Personality/Psychological Assessments, and Workshop Content for State of Colorado government entities. The goal of this RFP is to establish a robust pool of training partners to deliver comprehensive professional development services that support the measurable, demonstrable skills and competencies outlined in Colorado Required Core Competencies. The services are divided into three levels of professional development: Workforce Development, Leadership Development, and Senior Leadership Development. • The Workforce Development level focuses on foundational skills for all employees, including accountability, communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. • The Leadership Development level focuses on skills for those leading others, including team leadership, strategic thinking, and change management. • The Senior Leadership Development level focuses on high-level organizational development, vision setting, and effective management of large-scale change and risk. The State is looking for proposals that demonstrate experience and capabilities in providing training, assessment, and development program services to government entities, as well as the ability to comply with the State's accessibility requirements.
