The City of Brunswick, Georgia, is seeking proposals for the construction of a restroom and storage facility at Howard Coffin Park. The selected vendor will provide a pre-fabricated restroom structure with men's and women's facilities, including multiple stalls and lavatories, as well as a large room with a roll-up door that can serve as a concession stand during athletic games and events. The facility must be able to withstand potential flooding and high winds during tropical storm events and must be easily maintained on a daily basis. The City will prepare the site according to the vendor's specifications and will provide water, sanitary sewer, and electric utilities as necessary to service the facilities. • The restroom structure must be ADA compliant and include reinforced concrete walls, floor, and roof, as well as stucco or split-face block exterior wall texture. • The facility must include men's and women's restroom facilities with multiple stalls and lavatories, as well as a concession room with a roll-up door. • The vendor must provide a floor plan diagram and elevation views of the proposed structure, as well as at least three references where similar facilities have been provided. • The proposal must include the vendor's costs, including design, production, delivery, and installation, as well as a tentative schedule of production and delivery.
