The project includes mobilization, maintenance of traffic, hot mix asphalt, cold milling of bituminous pavement, and other related work. The contract will be awarded to the lowest or best responsible, responsive Bidder. • The project includes approximate quantities of mobilization, maintenance of traffic, hot mix asphalt, and cold milling of bituminous pavement. • Bidders must deposit security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. • The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. • The project is subject to all applicable laws, ordinances, and rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over construction of the project.
