The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking quotes for the purchase of two ultralow freezers to store and preserve chemical residue sample tissues and microbiological isolates. The freezers must meet specific technical requirements, including a temperature range of -100° C to -20° C, temperature uniformity of ± 3° at -80°C, and an exterior dimension no larger than 79 x 35 x 36 inches. The contractor shall provide a six-year warranty on parts and labor and any necessary return shipments at no cost. • The freezers will be used by the Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) at the Eastern Laboratory in Athens, Georgia. • The contract will be awarded using a lowest price technically acceptable evaluation method. • The offeror must submit product specification sheets for the proposed items clearly demonstrating that the product(s) meet the specifications. • The offeror must provide company name, address, point of contact, and SAM.gov Unique Entity Identification (UEI) number. • The offeror must submit their price in accordance with the schedule located in section B.2 of the RFQ.
