Budget Estimate (AI):

$200,000 – $500,000

Based on the technical specifications and the fact that this is a government procurement for a specialized camera system, the budget is likely to be substantial. A rough estimate for the cost of such a system could be in the range of $200,000 to $500,000, considering the complexity and the specialized nature of the equipment. The actual budget will depend on the bids received and the state's budget for this procurement.
