This is a request for quotation for the repair of the ANTENNA CONTROL GRO, which is in support of the FMS Country of Malaysia. The contractor will be required to perform the repair work in accordance with their own repair/overhaul standard practices, manuals, and directives. The repair work should meet the operational and functional requirements as represented by the Cage Code(s) and reference number(s) listed in the contract. Key points to consider: • The contractor must maintain the total equipment baseline configuration of the parts on this contract, including hardware, software, and firmware. • The contractor must obtain final inspection and acceptance by the Government for all assets within the required repair turnaround time (RTAT) of 365 days. • The contractor must provide a throughput constraint for each NSN, and the total assets to be repaired monthly after initial delivery commences. • The contractor must comply with the configuration management provisions of this contract, including submitting engineering change proposals and requests for variance. • The contractor must preserve, package, pack, and mark all items in accordance with the contract/purchase order schedule and the specified standards. • The contractor must ensure that all items are free from mercury contamination and comply with the requirements for electrostatic discharge sensitive items. • The contractor must provide pricing information, including a copy of their current catalog or established price list, and advise the Government buyer if they are in possession of any other Government or commercial solicitation or recent contract for the items being procured.
